Zed Foundation takes pride in its team, which combines diverse expertise with a shared passion for serving youth. The team consists of five members of the Board of Trustees, established in accordance with Law No. 149 of 2019. Each member contributes their unique experience in economics, law, and sustainable development to achieve the Foundationās goals.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Zed Foundation consists of five Egyptian members with diverse expertise in economics, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, including representation for youth and women. All members hold full civil and political rights under Egyptian law and have no final convictions in criminal or dishonesty-related cases. The Board guides the Foundationās strategy and ensures the achievement of its vision and objectives in empowering youth and supporting small businesses.
Branches and Work Units
Zed Foundationās organizational structure is distributed across multiple branches and specialized work units that focus on implementing the Foundationās programs and contributing to its developmental goals. Operating at the national level, each branch plays a role in initiatives that support economically marginalized groups, including youth, women, refugees, and people with disabilities, in addition to fostering small entrepreneurship projects and promoting innovation.

Zed Foundation considers every active individual seeking to support economic and social development in their community as an essential part of its journey toward change.
